Terms and conditions

2. This program is a B2B Consortium which is a combination of several travel agents. Each travel agent is expected to respect each other.
3. Our regulations for reservation systems use the system  First Come - First Serve.If the fix guests confirm to join the tour, please help travel agent colleagues to push DP IDR 5,000,000 / pax, including a copy of each participant's passport which is still valid for at least 6 months from the time of return. If there is a revision / addition of names on pages 4 - 5, please also attach it. Guests booked in DP, seat confirmed automatically. Guests who have not DP status can still be displaced at any time with guests who have DP. Or guests who pay DP less than the applicable provisions, can be shifted, without a refund.

3. International airport tax / Tipping / Visa can still change at any time without prior notice. International airport tax can still change, final when group tickets are issued.

5. The price of our tour is the price of All in (including international tax), with a base rate binding if the guest has a deposit, but international tax is not binding.
6. Participants must pay 50 % of the tour fee no later than 30 calendar days before the date of departure
7. The deadline for paying the Tour fee is a minimum of 15 working days before the Tour's departure
8. Issued Tickets cannot wait for an exit visa. Please make a visa 1 month before leaving. (Ticket can not be canceled and without a refund DP)
9. In the event of late payment, payment penalties can be made and cannot be contested.
10. Penalty for Tour Cancellation (Refund Policy):

• > 30 days: Down Payment is forfeited
• 29-15 days: 50% of tour costs
• 14-07 days: 90% of tour costs
• 06 - 0 days: 100% of tour costs

11. Full Refund if the Consortium does not meet the departure quota. Wholesaler informs for cancellation groups a maximum of 14 days before departure. After this period, the group can still be canceled if a rejection visa occurs that changes the group's status.
12. If there is a visa refusal over 21 days, then a 50% discount will be given, if there is a refusal under 21 days there will be no refund of the deposit and the participant must pay the remaining payment or refund policy in accordance with the tour cancellation penalty. Wholesaler is also not obliged to provide proof of refund airlines, proof of hotel bookings, etc., because it has referred to the refund policy.
13. There is no refund of deposits for cancellations made by the passengers themselves for any reason. Transfer departures to the next group series, follow the highest price and may not be more than 1 month (30 days) from the previous schedule or may not change the status (Initially definite became no definite or moved to a different series status)
14. Wholesalers are not obliged to provide PNR or tickets, in connection with the confidentiality of passengers or other participants.
15. Rejection or delay in issuing a visa is not our responsibility. Tour participants are advised to apply for a visa above 1 month before departure.
16. Wholesaler has no obligation to show proof of refund or details one by one, either from the airline or land operator.
17. Wholesaler has the right to refuse to send passengers who have the potential to take action against immigration regulations or other elements of crime.
18. There is no refund if the tour participant cannot pass through immigration or clearly there is a criminal element or falsification of departure documents or clearly has the potential to conflict with immigration regulations that apply both in the country of origin or destination.
19. Wholesalers have no obligation to guarantee passengers in the immigration process or wholesalers have the right to refuse guest guarantees if requested by the local immigration authorities. (especially those with the potential for visa abuse)
20. Quotation tour by visiting Shopping. If guests do not visit the shopping stop, a penalty fee will apply.
21. By making a Down Payment payment, agents and guests are considered to have understood the rules of the consortium.
