Terms and Conditions for this trip.

Registration & Payment

1. Advance registration fee paid to PT. Kayana Cipta Wisata ("KayanaTour") is non-refundable (non-refundable) down to Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, China & Taiwan and also for participants for destinations to Europe, America & Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Africa and Asia The middle.
2. Participants are willing to fulfill the complete document requirements according to the schedule and conditions of the intended State Embassy. Visa fees must still be paid even if the visa is not approved by the Embassy, as well as if there are other costs such as cancellation of hotels, trains and or airplane tickets that occur due to deadlines that are not necessarily in accordance with the time of completion of the visa process from the Embassy, and also other tour costs it will be charged to Tour participants.
3. Registration without a deposit is non-binding and can be canceled without prior notice to the Participant.
4. Repayment of the tour costs is done 14 days before the date of departure.
5. Registration made less than 15 days before the date of departure must be paid in full.
6. Applicants who are over 70 years old or have limited limb function or senses or mental limitations must be accompanied by a family member, friend or relative who will be responsible during the tour.

Deviation

(Deviation; Changes, extensions, additions / deviations of travel routes outside the scheduled itinerary by KayanaTour)

1. Deviation can be processed if you have made a deposit and attach a photocopy of your passport.
2. Deviation can be done if the number of participants leaving and returning has met the quota of the airline regulations.
3. If the deviation has been agreed, it will be charged according to the provisions of the airline and cannot return to the original schedule.
4. KayanaTour does not guarantee flight, hotel and other confirmations if Participants want an extension of the tour package schedule. If the deviation request cannot be approved by the airline, the Participant will automatically return to the original schedule.
5. Deviations that will shorten the tour package schedule, are not given a reduction in costs from the cost of the original standard package.

Cancellation

If there is a cancellation by the Participant before the departure date, the cancellation fee is as follows:

1. After registration: Advance registration (Non Refundable)
2. 30-15 calendar days before departure: 50% of the tour fee
3. 14-07 calendar days before the departure date: 75% of the tour fee
4. 06-00 calendar days before the departure date: 100% of the tour fee

The cancellation fees above also apply to:

1. Participants who change the date of departure or change the package / type of tour.
2. Participants who are late in providing visa requirements from the deadline that has been determined KayanaTour and resulted in Participants unable to leave on time because the visa application is still being processed by the Embassy.
3. Cancellations made by one party (Participant or Kayana Tour) due to natural disasters, war, disease outbreaks, terrorist acts or circumstances'Force Majeure ' other, then the provisions above may change at any time without prior notice, depending on the policies of the airlines, hotels and agents abroad.

(Force Majeure; An event that occurs beyond human capability and cannot be avoided so that an activity cannot be carried out as it should).

• KayanaTour has the right to cancel the registration of tour participants who have not paid an advance or payment according to the deadline determined by KayanaTour.
• If the visa application is refused, while the ticket has been issued before the visa application is approved, due to necessity in accordance with the deadline specified by the airlines, the visa fee is non-refundable and Participants are still subject to cancellation and administrative penalties in accordance with the conditions related to the airlines, hotels and agents abroad.
• Advances for Participant registration cannot be returned if the Participant cancels unilaterally.

Money refund

1. Airplane, train and other transportation tickets and unused accommodations cannot be refunded (non-refundable).
2. If a prospective tour participant is unable / sick before the scheduled departure date then a refund / cancellation fee will refer to the cancellation clause.
3. If there are services in the package that are not used by the Participants due to obstruction or illness during the trip, the Participants have no right to demand a refund.
4. For tour participants who are not permitted to enter or be subject to deportation by the immigration authorities of the local country (even if they already have a visa), or who have been refused by the airline, or have suffered an illness, have a mental disorder, or are traveling in an accident, who are forced to returning or deviating from the trip specified in the tour, or being forced to cancel some / almost all trips after departure, is not entitled to a refund or any other form of return for services that have not or have not been used.
